CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Prodesse Investment Limited (the "Company") has today published and posted a circular and notice of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to the Company's shareholders in response to a requisition of an EGM of the Company received from Vidacos Nominees Limited acting on behalf of Polygon Global Opportunities Master Fund ("Polygon").
The circular convenes the EGM of the Company, to be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 7 April 2009, at which the resolutions put forward by Polygon will be proposed together with a recommendation from the Board of the Company to vote against the resolutions.
