Director/PDMR Dealing
PPHC, a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, was notified on 12 October 2022 that Mr. Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 50,750 Common Shares in the Company at a price of 147 pence each on 12 October 2022.
Following this transaction, Simon Lee holds 124,824 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
