PPHC, a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, was notified on 16 December 2021 that Mr. Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 74,074 Common Shares in the Company at a price of 135 pence each on 16 December 2021.
Following this transaction, Mr. Simon Lee has an interest in 74,074 Common Shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
