Directorate Changes
Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces the appointments of Sarah Mussenden and Sarah Walton to the Board as Non-Executive Directors, effective today. On appointment, Sarah Mussenden will become a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Sarah Walton will become Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Sarah Mussenden has had an extensive career in senior financial positions, including her present role as British Gas Chief Financial Officer, and previously as Chief Financial Officer of Barts and The London NHS Trust and Financial Controller of British Airways.
Sarah Walton has had an extensive 25-year career at Gemcorp Capital and Goldman Sachs. Her experience spans a diverse range of products, geographies and sectors with experience across fixed income, credit, private equity, real estate, structured products and commodities.
Save as disclosed below, in relation to current and prior directorships, Premier Miton confirms that there are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Rule 17 of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Sarah Mussenden or Sarah Walton's appointments.
