Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that on 24 April 2026 the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan operating through Global Shares Trustees (UK) Limited, a UK registered company, acquired 66,060 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a cost of 40.33 pence per Ordinary Share for the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('Plan'). The purchases were made in the open market on 24 April 2026.
As part of the transactions referred to above and pursuant to disclosure requirements under the UK Market Abuse Regulation, certain Directors acquired Ordinary Shares as follows:
