Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Randal MacDonnell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today exercised options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 3 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the exercise of options, Randal MacDonnell has a total beneficial interest in 1,431,436 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of the 500,000 new Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and Admission is expected to become effective on 10 February 2020.
On Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 34,860,515 Ordinary Shares of, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 34,860,515. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
