The Company announces that on 22 December 2023, the Board of PipeHawk was notified that Tim Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in PipeHawk ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Tim Williams' beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 40,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.11% of the Company's total issued share capital.
