("the Company" or "Group")
Purchase of shares by Employee Benefit Trust
The Company was notified, on 1st April 2022, by the Trustee of Personal Group's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 6,015 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, on 1st April 2022, at a price of £3.325 per share.
The EBT exists to encourage and facilitate the holding of shares by or for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. The EBT holds the shares to fulfil the commitments of the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan. Certain Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
Following this transaction, a total of 88,822 ordinary shares, representing 0.28% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
