Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ciaran Astin as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 24 May 2022.

Ciaran has extensive experience within the insurance, consumer and technology sectors. He is currently Managing Director of DriveScore and Head of Insurance at Clear Score Technology Limited, a fast-growing fintech business, with approximately 12 million users of its credit score product. Ciaran was previously an Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Ltd, a leading UK insurance company, and Commercial Development Director of Direct Line Group. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at British Gas and BT Group. Ciaran holds a Masters of Engineering degree from Cambridge University.

As well as being a member of the PGH Board Ciaran will be a member of all Board Committees, namely the Risk, Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

Ciaran John Astin, aged 43, was an Executive Director of Hastings Insurance Services Ltd in 2018. He currently holds no interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
