DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, Deputy Chairman and Group Chief Executive, that on 27June 2011 he purchased 3,626 ordinary shares of 5 pence each for his SIPP representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 278 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 255,128 shares, representing 0.85% of the total shares in issue.
