Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs")
The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 14 March 2024.
Alex Whitehouse transferred 13,107 Shares to his wife Alison Hunt, for nil consideration. Alison Hunt sold 13,107 Shares, at a price of 153.0p per Share, and then purchased 12,956 Shares, at a price of 153.2p per Share.
Paul Thompson sold 13,175 Shares, at a price of 152.2p per Share, purchased 13,024 Shares, at a price of 152.4p per Share, and also transferred 60,000 Shares to his wife Samantha Thompson, for nil consideration.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
