Pets at Home Group Plc: Appointment of PDMR
Pets at Home Group Plc ("Pets at Home") is pleased to appoint Andrei Balta, as CEO of the Vet Group and a member of the Group's Executive Management Team and as a PDMR. As at the date of this announcement, Andrei has a beneficial interest in a total of 11,729 Pets at Home Group Plc ordinary shares ("Shares") together with the following awards under the Company's share plans:
