Pets at Home Group Plc: Confirmation of Board changes

Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading specialist retailer of pet food, accessories and services, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 17 December 2015, Graeme Jenkins will commence his new role as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on Monday 4th April 2016.

Graeme will become an Executive Director of the Company and member of the Board. Ian Kellett, the current Group CFO, will transition fully into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Retail (CEO of Retail) upon Graeme's arrival.
