Vislink completes the sale of Hernis Scan Systems AS
The Company has today completed the sale of Hernis Scan Systems AS, following receipt of regulatory clearances and the requisite shareholder approval from shareholders. Vislink announced the proposed sale of the entire issued share capital of Hernis Scan Systems AS on 19 November 2010 and circular was sent to Shareholders on 8 December 2010. Shareholders gave their approval to the sale at a General Meeting that was held on 29 December 2010.
Trading update
Following recent trading statements, the Company expects that revenues for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 will be approximately £68.0 million.
