Block Listing Application

PensionBee Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that an application will be made today to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange to reserve a total of 3,933,644 ordinary shares (the "Shares") under a block listing which may be issued in connection with the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's EMI share option scheme and non tax-qualifying option scheme. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares.
