Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
The Company notifies that the following Directors and Senior Managers of the Company (PDMRs) have acquired Ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (shares) as set out below.
The following PDMRs acquired shares following the exercise of vested options granted under the EMI Option Scheme under the Company's Historical Share Option Plans, namely the PensionBee Limited EMI Share Option Scheme (EMI Option Scheme) and its Non tax-qualifying Option Scheme as detailed in the Company's Prospectus dated 12 April 2021 (Prospectus).
