Transaction in Own Shares

4 July 2025 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme update announced on 14 March 2025 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited.

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 120,541,334 with no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company will therefore be 120,541,334. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
