OMG PLC31 August 2007 OMG plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 29 August 2007 that Jonathon Reeve, a director ofthe Company, purchased 16,475 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")at a price of 59.6p per share on 29 August 2007. On the same date Mr Reeve wasgranted options over 65,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 55.94p pershare. These transactions represent Mr Reeve's total interest in the shares andshare options of the Company. The Company was also informed on 29 August 2007 that Catherine Robertson, adirector of the Company, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57p pershare on 29 August 2007.
