Annual General Meeting Statement 

OMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (LSE: OMG), ('OMG' or 'the Group'), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 4pm today.

At the AGM Anthony Simonds-Gooding, Chairman of OMG, will make the following statement:

"The Board is pleased to announce that Group revenue in the first half of the current financial year has developed well, such that we currently expect revenue for the first half to be slightly ahead compared with the same period last year. Our first half profit performance will reflect increased investment in the next generation Revue camera, which we believe has significant potential across a range of markets. Nevertheless the Group's performance remains consistent with it achieving market expectations for the full year."

The Company will provide further information on trading when it announces its results for the six months ending 31 March 2011.
