OMG PLC27 May 2005 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Appointment of Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman OMG, the global leader in the three-dimensional capture and analysis ofmovement, providing tools and services for life sciences, entertainment andengineering applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Bolton,36, as Chief Executive with immediate effect. Dr Julian Morris, 58, founder andincumbent Chief Executive continues as an Executive Director and becomes DeputyChairman. Nick Bolton joined Oxford Metrics Ltd (pre-IPO OMG) in 1995 as product managerand spent four years establishing the company's motion capture products in theentertainment market. In 1999, he left to pursue a series of successful productmanagement and marketing roles with international technology businesses,including Micromuse and start-up Lexicle. In 2002, he joined AIM-listedMediasurface, with responsibility for all the company's marketing activities.In January 2005, Mr Bolton returned to join OMG's management team. Mr Bolton holds an MEng in Engineering Manufacture and Management.
