OMG PLC28 June 2005 OMG PLC ("OMG" OR "THE COMPANY") Grant of Options to a Director and Issue of Equity OMG announces that today it granted options over 1,200,000 ordinary shares inthe Company at an option price of 12.53 pence per share to Nick Bolton, theCompany's Chief Executive. These options are exercisable between 2 and 10 years from the date of grant (orearlier at the discretion of the Board). Options over 798,084 ordinary shareshave been granted under the provisions of the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise ManagementIncentive Scheme while the balance have been granted under the OMG Plc 2000Unapproved Share Option Scheme. Mr Bolton currently has no options over ordinary shares in the Company, save asdisclosed above. In addition, OMG has been notified that today certain employees exercisedoptions over 33,332 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under theOMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5pence per share.
