OMG PLC20 December 2005 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Issue of Equity OMG announces that, today, it has issued and allotted, as additionalconsideration pursuant to the acquisition of the business and assets of House ofMoves LLC, 965,927 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 21.25 pence per share (such price having beenagreed at the time of completion of the acquisition in May 2004). OMG was notified, yesterday, that certain employees of the Company exercisedoptions over 19,999 Ordinary Shares under the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise ManagementIncentive Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5 pence per share. An employee alsoexercised options over 40,000 Ordinary Shares under the Oxford Metrics GroupLimited 2000 Unapproved Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 0.25 penceper share.
