Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Setanta Asset Management Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition of 1,272,279 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 13,240,663 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 10.54% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
