Issue of EMI Options
Oberon Investments Group plc announces the grant on 24 October 2025 of EMI options over 9,194,341 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each in Oberon Investments Group plc (the 'Options') to two directors and other members of staff. These EMI options have an exercise price in a range of between 3.8p and 4.5p per share.
Included in the above total were EMI options over 777,777 Ordinary shares which were granted to two directors under the Company's EMI Option scheme, as set out below.

Following these option grants, the Company has 106,286,811 shares under option which represents 13.6% of the outstanding share capital of the Company which comprises 783,023,366 Ordinary shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
