Oberon announces that on 12 May 2026, Michael Cuthbert, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, performed a 'Bed and ISA' transfer of ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his share dealing account into his ISA account. This involved selling 222,222 shares at a price of £0.0180 per share and buying back 220,718 shares at a price of £0.0181 per share.

Following these transactions, Michael Cuthbert's beneficial interest is 1,005,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
