Issue of EMI Options

Oberon Investments Group plc announces the grant of EMI options over 12,942,987 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each in Oberon Investments Group plc (the 'Options') to various members of staff. Of these Options, 11,265,245 have an exercise price of 3.5p, and the remaining 1,677,742 have an exercise price of 3.6p.

Following these option grants, the Company has 99,532,142 shares under option which represents 14.5% of the outstanding share capital of the Company which comprises 686,514,888 Ordinary shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
