AGMΒ Statement
At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held atΒ 10:00amΒ today, Maurice Dwek,Β Chairman, will make the following comments:Β "Despite the current economic climate, the Company still anticipates achieving the market forecast for the year endedΒ 30 April 2009. As I outlinedΒ in theΒ final results for the year ended 30 April 2008Β announced on 16 July 2008, there have been some delays to projects and therefore theΒ interim results for the six months to theΒ 31 October 2008 will be lower than the corresponding period last year,Β which also benefited from some very high levels of trading in certain sectors. However, at the present time, the Board anticipate that,Β based on known customer requirements, the second half this year will be better than the first and will make up the shortfall from the first six months."
The CompanyΒ anticipates announcingΒ its interimΒ resultsΒ for the 6 months toΒ 31Β October 2007Β in the middle of DecemberΒ 2008.
