Director/PDMR Notification
Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, has been informed by Robert Waddington, Non-Executive Director, that he has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 10 November 2021 at a price of 0.8p per ordinary share. This purchase was made prior to the completion of the 50:1 consolidation of the Company's ordinary shares, which became effective on 11 November 2021. Following the consolidation and the share purchase, Mr Waddington now has a total interest in 98,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 1.05 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
