Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that Graham Feltham will be stepping down as Group Finance Director. Graham has agreed to remain in the role and as a member of the Board of the Company for a period of three months until 3 June 2021 in order to provide business continuity whilst a suitable replacement is identified. The Board has commenced the process to identify a replacement and further announcements will be made in due course.
Marie-Claire Dwek, chief executive officer, said: "I would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the business and we wish him well for the next chapter of his career. We have commenced the search for a new Group FD who can assist with the strategic business plan, whilst having a strong understanding of our sector and the know-how of growing a business in the US market."
