AGM Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:00am today, Maurice Dwek, Chairman, will make the following comments: "Despite the current economic climate, the Company still anticipates achieving the market forecast for the year ended 30 April 2009. As I outlined in the final results for the year ended 30 April 2008 announced on 16 July 2008, there have been some delays to projects and therefore the interim results for the six months to the 31 October 2008 will be lower than the corresponding period last year, which also benefited from some very high levels of trading in certain sectors. However, at the present time, the Board anticipate that, based on known customer requirements, the second half this year will be better than the first and will make up the shortfall from the first six months."

The Company anticipates announcing its interim results for the 6 months to 31 October 2007 in the middle of December 2008.
