Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT) was informed on 23 April 2013 that non-executive director, Michel Rapoport, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.40 per share on 22 April 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Rapoport is now interested in 14,055,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.1% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
