NWF Group PLC19 September 2007 19 September 2007 NWF Group plc Directors Dealings The Board of NWF Group plc (the 'Company') announces that yesterday Mrs WJ Scotthas sold 42,386 shares at a price of 979p each. Mrs WJ Scott is currently thewife of Mr GR Scott a Director of the Company. Following this sale Mr Scotts beneficial interest is reduced to 81,417 OrdinaryShares representing 0.89% of the Company's Issued Ordinary Share Capital,although the number shares registered in his own name remains at 66,189representing 0.71% of the Issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company and theOrdinary Shares registered in the name of Mrs Scott has been reduced to 15,228Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the Issued Ordinary ShareCapital of the Company.
