Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting, Publication and Posting of Annual Report

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and active asset management, announces that its 2016 Notice of Annual General Meeting together with the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 have been published on its website, www.nrr.co.uk.

The documents will be posted to shareholders on 17 June 2016.

The Company's 2016 AGM will be held at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London,

EC2V 7WS on 12 July 2016 at 10:30 a.m.
