Trading Update for Q4 2011

·; Strong Q4 performance

·; 27.2% increase in new depositing casino players to 9,261 (Q4 2010: 7,278)

·; 21.7% increase in active depositing casino players to 17,783 (Q4 2010: 14,608)

·; Full year results expected to be ahead of market expectations

NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, is pleased to announce that the Company's Q4 KPIs are ahead of the same period in 2010. Whilst Q4 is traditionally a strong period within the industry, following an exceptional December, the Directors' are anticipating that the Company's full year results will be ahead of market expectations.

The Company has adjusted its reported KPIs in Q4 to focus on depositing casino players as the directors believe these KPI's better explain the performance of the business and are a more accurate reflection of underlying revenue growth. The KPI's also reflect the Company's customer acquisition strategy which is now more heavily focused on TV advertising as well as its existing post midnight teleshopping airtime.

During the quarter, as part of the new commercial arrangements with Channel 5, the Company invested heavily in additional TV advertising. This strategy, although increasing marketing costs, has to date delivered cost effective customer acquisition.

The Company continues to pursue ways of generating increased revenues from its terrestrial TV exposure and is pleased to announce the launch of live roulette on Supercasino.com for iPad at the end of Q4 and in addition will be launching further games for iPhone and tablet throughout H1 2012.
