Director Dealings
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that due to the recent placing, the following director dealings have taken place:
Martin Higginson
Number of shares purchased: 833,333
Number of shares now held: 17,413,333
These shares were purchased on 12 May 2009 at a price of 18p per share.
Mr Higginson also has an interest in the Company through Hindley Investments Limited, which own 13,271,000 ordinary shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which the Higginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 31,672,833 ordinary shares, representing 23.3 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital, after the issue of consideration shares in respect of the Two Way Gaming asset acquisition which are expected to be admitted to trading early next week.
Andrew Lapping
Number of shares purchased: 222,222
Number of shares now held: 2,414,722
These shares were purchased on 12 May 2009 at a price of 18p per share.
The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping is the Managing Director, has an interest in 675,000 ordinary shares. Hindley Investments Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 13,271,000 and 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate interest of 16,760,722 ordinary shares, representing 12.3 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital, after the issue of consideration shares in respect of the Two Way Gaming asset acquisition which are expected to be admitted to trading early next week.
The total shares in issue currently stands at 127,687,303 and a further 8,533,333 shares are expected to be admitted to trading early next week in respect of the Two Way acquisition announced earlier today.
