Addition to approved list of payment services providers
The Board of NetPlay TV plc ("NetPlayTV" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to a successful trial period it has added Safe Charge International Limited ("Safe Charge International") to its approved list of payment services providers and risk management solutions.
The beneficiary of Safe Charge International also has a beneficial interest in NetPlay TV through Directforce Trading Limited. As such the commercial relationship with Safe Charge International is considered a Related Party Transaction pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies.
The agreement with Safe Charge International (the "Agreement") is non exclusive and does not stipulate a minimum or maximum level of transactions that need to be conducted through Safe Charge International.
The Board of NetplayTV, having consulted with its NOMAD, consider the terms of the Agreement to be fair and reasonable in so far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
