Financing Update
Further to the announcement of 31 March 2021, Lloyds Bank plc has provided the Company with a new £12.5 million overdraft facility. In addition, the Company has entered into a term sheet for a finance package secured against the Company's property development projects which the Company expects to close in mid-April.
