FCA Results Moratorium and COVID-19 update
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Financial Reporting Council (FRC) have requested public companies to delay the release of Preliminary Results for at least two weeks. Accordingly, nmcn announces that it will delay the release of its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2019, originally scheduled on Thursday 26 March 2020. The Company will await further guidance from the FCA with regard to the timing of the publication of its Preliminary Results, but it is the Board's current intention to publish its Preliminary Results on 23 April 2020.
COVID-19
2020 started well but in response to the Covid-19 situation, we have put into place a number of initiatives to safeguard our staff, maintain service levels to our customers and be responsible citizens. There is inevitably some disruption, but our services remain in demand not least, to maintain the national communications infrastructure and water industry. We are both proud, and appreciative, of our staff as they endeavour to deliver in this challenging environment.
