Transaction in own shares
nmcn PLC announces that it has purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares into treasury.
nmcn initially intends to hold the purchased shares as treasury shares. Shares held in treasury may subsequently be cancelled, sold for cash or used to satisfy options exercised under any of the Company's share schemes. Whilst held in treasury, the shares are not entitled to receive any dividend or dividend equivalent (apart from any issue of bonus shares) and have no voting rights.
Following the above purchase, nmcn holds 42,500 ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares is 10,396,108.
The total number of voting rights in nmcn, excluding treasury shares as at 21 August 2019 is 10,396,108. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, nmcn under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
