Controlling shareholder disclosure in the Annual Report

nmcn PLC wishes to update its controlling shareholder disclosure.

Under LR 9.8.4R (14) of the UK Listing Rules, the Company is required to include a statement in its Annual Report & Accounts to confirm that the Company has entered into a controlling shareholder agreement as required by the Listing Rules. The Company omitted this statement, in error, in its 2018 Annual Report which was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting yesterday.

The Company can confirm that there is a controlling shareholder agreement in place, as required by LR 9.2.2ADR (1), and the composition of the Controlling Party is set out in full in Note 31 of the 2018 Annual Report & Accounts. The Company has included the statement in relation to the existence of the Controlling Party agreement on its website (www.nmcn.com) and will ensure that this statement is included in future Annual Reports as required.
