Board Change - update
nmcn Plc ("the Company") confirms that, following the announcement on 24 July 2020, Daniel Taylor has resigned his post as Chief Financial Officer, and has stepped down from the Board. He will remain an employee of the Company until 30 September 2020.
The Company is continuing its search for a replacement and a further announcement will be made as appropriate.
