("Mycelx" or the "Company" (AIM: MYX)
Exercise of Warrants
The Company announces that on 7 May 2013, 113,843 new common shares of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company have been issued and allotted following the exercise of warrants at a price of £2.10 per Common Share.
Application has been made for the admission of 113,843 Common Shares to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing Common Shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 14 May 2013.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the 113,843 new Common Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's Common Shares will be 13,052,960 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mycelx under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
