Exercise of Options
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 9 September 2020, 189,031 options with an exercise price of 1 pence ("Nominal Cost Options") were exercised into ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Mattioli Woods 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") by employees and PDMRs. As such 189,031 Ordinary Shares have been issued by the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 189,031 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 September 2020 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 28,007,027 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
The transactions by PDMRs were as follows:

Following the exercise of the options, on 9 September 2020 Michael Wright, Nathan Imlach and Simon Gibson sold 2,624, 64,740 and 9,844 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 670 pence per share.
