Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 26 September 2017 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred for £nil consideration from Simon Gibson (Chief Investment Officer) to his wife Jennifer Anne Gibson for £nil consideration.
Simon Gibson is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and Jennifer Anne Gibson is closely associated with Simon Gibson. Their resultant interests in the Company are:
