The Company announces that it was informed that on 24 September 2020, Charlotte Twyning, Non-executive Director, bought (i) 3,969 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 112.3 pence per share, and (ii) 3,965 Ordinary Shares at a price of 112.4 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Twyning now holds an interest of 70,418 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0014% of the issued share capital of the Company.
