Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited, which is operating and continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, announces that it has been notified that on 4 October 2023, Dmitri Tsvetkov, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 291,743 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.73 pence per Ordinary Share via his SIPP.
In addition, on 4 October 2023 John Fitzgerald, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 582,669 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Dmitri Tsvetkov is now interested in a total of 291,743 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital. John Fitzgerald, along with his spouse, is interested in a total of 646,792 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.

Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Securities plc following completion of its own corporate merger.
