Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited, which is operating and continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, announces that it has been notified that today, Dmitri Tsvetkov, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 617,360 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.62 pence per Ordinary Share via his SIPP.
As a result, Dmitri Tsvetkov is now interested in a total of 909,103 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
