Director / PDMR Share Purchase
Further to the Company's announcements on 16 November 2018 and 6 December 2018, MPL announces that certain Directors and their persons closely associated have, following Admission today, acquired ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via either the placement, subscription or open offer. Shares acquired are set out below:

*Nikhil Gandhi's Ordinary Shares are held by SKIL Global Ports & Logistics Limited, which is ultimately beneficially owned by Nikhil Gandhi and is considered to be a person closely associated with Mr Ghandi.
**of these 2,000,000 Ordinary shares acquired, 500,000 were acquired by Mr Fitzgerald's wife, Laura Fitzgerald.
***Karanpal Singh's interest are all held indirectly through Hunch Ventures and Investment Private Limited, a company which is ultimately beneficially owned by Karanpal Singh and considered to be a person closely associated with Mr Singh.
