Options Granted

London - (AIM: MOS) - 23 March 2011.

The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the "Company") announces that today, the Company granted under its option schemes, 250,000 options over ordinary shares to Roger Parry, Chairman, and 250,000 options over ordinary shares to Gabriel Margent, a director (the "Options").

The Options shall vest as follows:

·; 33.3% vest on the First Anniversary of the grant of Options

·; 66.6% vest on the Second Anniversary of the grant of Options

·; 100% vest on the Third Anniversary of the grant of Options

The Options are exercisable at £0.3430 per share.

Following the grant of the Options, Roger Parry holds 181,183 shares, representing 0.50% of the Company's total voting rights and 939,655 options in the Company. Gabriel Margent does not currently hold any shares in the Company but holds 250,000 options.
