London - (AIM: MOS) - 18 March 2011

The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the "Company") announces that 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company  have been issued and allotted at a price of £0.04625 each as a result of the exercise of options in the Company's share option plan. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 24 March 2011. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the allotment the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 36,457,692 ordinary shares.
